Look out for scammers in Horncastle

We have become aware that customers in the Horncastle area have had bogus cold callers approaching them or visiting their home, saying they work for Platform’s repair teams or a local housing association.

If someone approaches you or you have any concerns about an unexpected visitor, please always ask for proof of identification before sharing any information or letting anyone into your home. 

All of our staff and contractors carry photo ID with relevant company branding. You can also call us on 0333 200 7304 to report any concerns or to ask for further clarification. Should you feel unsafe, please call the police on 999.
