Keeping ‘Your Platform’ Customer Portal Secure

To help keep your customer portal secure and protect your account we have made some updates:

Automatic Logout: If your account is inactive for 20 minutes, you’ll be logged out automatically. Simply log back in to continue.
Password Protection: After 5 incorrect password attempts, you’ll need to wait 10 minutes before trying again. If needed, you can reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password’ link.

Please also remember to never share your customer portal account password with anyone, including Platform colleagues.
