From the end of January, we’re launching an important project to gather and update customer details. This will help us to make sure the information we have is correct and up to date, making it easier for us to provide services that suit your needs.
💬 As part of this work, you may receive a call from a Platform customer services advisor asking you to confirm the information we currently have is correct and add any additional details you need us to know. These calls will always come from our 0333 200 7304 Customer Hub number.
✅ Our advisor will clearly explain who they are and why they’re calling before confirming your identity by asking you some basic security questions, such as your current address and date of birth.
🔒 We will not ask for bank account details, national insurance numbers or other sensitive data to confirm your identity. If you are in doubt that the call is actually from Platform, hang up and call our Customer Hub on 0333 200 7304.
