We are really proud to be launching our exciting new online customer engagement portal, 'Platform Voices' to all customers!
Platform Voices is a one-stop site for all customer engagement activities, from surveys and document reviews to online discussion boards, interactive forums, and quick polls. The new site will give you a range of ways to share your views and ideas with us.
All this will mean that you will have more ways to give us your feedback and help ensure the customer's voice is being listened to across the Platform.
Have a look around the site, and you will find some of the current projects we have open. Once you register, we can keep you up to date with updates on projects you have contributed to and let you know about new opportunities to give us your feedback.
To celebrate the launch of Platform Voices, we are running a prize draw for all customers who register on the site before the end of October. If you register before this date, you will be automatically entered for a chance to win £250 in shopping vouchers.
In addition to this, we regularly offer rewards and incentives to customers who provide feedback and get involved in projects.
We have already done some testing of the site with customers; however, we are keen to hear from you on what you think and how we can continue to improve it! Look out for polls across the site.
