Platform Housing Group Launches Innovative Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Proactis Source to Pay Solutions in the next stage of Transformation Delivery

Platform Housing Group proudly announces the successful launch of the next stage of Finance Transformation with the launch of new Finance and Source to Pay Solutions, marking a significant stepping stone in the organisation's digital strategy and quest for enhanced operational efficiency.

Developed in collaboration with our implementation partners EY and Proactis, the new solutions went live in November, heralding a new era of streamlined end to end processes embedded in accurate and real-time data which will benefit both colleagues and customers of the Group.  

With a commitment to delivering superior efficiency and automation while ensuring precise, real-time data insights utilising Microsoft PowerBI, Platform Housing Group embarked on a rigorous selection process to identify the optimal solution. This included a dedicated focus on procurement activities, investing substantial time in outlining precise requirements, pain points, capability gaps with a key priority on finding a specific solution which fulfilled the ambitions for Source to Pay, integrated with Microsoft Dynamics. 

Partners, EY and Proactis were selected, not solely on their ability to meet solutions requirements but also on the execution and collaborative approach they could deliver, crucial factors for operating within a three-party arrangement. The implementation was ambitious and had challenging timelines but the so called “tripartite “delivery model was navigated successfully via strength in both governance and methodology which was bolstered by a dedicated blend of resources consisting of both Platform colleagues and external consultants which ultimately resulted in a quality output and on-time go live.
