Platform announces Lovell Partnerships as contractor for Bishops Cleeve site

Platform have announced that they will partner will Lovell Partnerships on its site to bring affordable housing to Bishop’s Cleeve near Cheltenham. 

The site on the former Nortenham Allotments will provide 113 homes that will be available from the summer of 2025. 

The development will comprise of 38 one and two bedroom homes and 75 three and four bedroom homes all of which will be available through either affordable rent or shared ownership. The site is Platform’s third in the area in two years, following our 270 home-development at Perrybrook near Gloucester and our 40 home site in Newent. 

Executive Director of Growth and Development Gerraint Oakley commented,
