What is retirement housing?
Platform Housing offer modern stylish accommodation across the country. We pride ourselves on offering an independent lifestyle in the comfort of your own home. The accommodation is a safe, secure and shared environment and enables you to live your life to the full, leaving most of the everyday stresses to us.
Our homes are purpose built for people aged 60 or older, or 55+ if you receive DLA or PIP. You can choose from one or two-bedroom apartments, and some places also have bungalows.
Every home has a 24-hour emergency button. If you need help, you can press it to call family, friends, or emergency services.
There are spacious shared lounges and kitchens where you can join activities or spend time with others. Your family and friends can visit anytime, and some places have guest rooms they can book for a small cost to stay overnight.
