Victoria Court is set in Matlock, a town which benefits from many local amenities including supermarkets, eateries, as well as great transport links with Matlock railway station just under a mile away. There are bus services which run between Matlock, Sheffield and Chesterfield too.

Please note that there are service charges of £43.57-60.48pcm to cover personal heating, £10.25pcm admin charge, £0.27pcm communal TV and £7.82pcm charge towards the cost of support. A Lettings Officer can give you a full break breakdown of the charges of what is eligible for Housing Benefits payments. Applicants in receipt of Housing Benefit and Universal Credit are accepted and an affordability assessment may be considered. Please note our preferred ongoing method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
