We currently have a first floor one-bedroom apartment which is suitable for a single person, to be eligible you must be aged 60+ or 55+ if you are in receipt of Personal Independence Payments or Disability Living Allowance. Register your interest below to join the waiting list.
This village is surrounded by some of Leicestershire's most attractive rolling countryside. Located just under a 7 mile drive from Leicester city centre and 12 miles from Market Harborough. It is within walking distance to local amenities including a Post Office, supermarket and pharmacy. The handy bus stop means that Leicester is a convenient hop away.
St Catharines Terrace is a small friendly scheme with a mixture of studio, one bedroom ground and first floor apartments and also one two bedroom apartment. You will be required to pay one month’s rent in advance prior to signing for the property £507.81. Our preferred ongoing method of payment is via Direct Debit and we accept Housing Benefit and Universal Credit.
If you are accepted and do become a Platform Housing Group tenant, you will be offered a starter tenancy. If there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
