These include a £0.34pcm management/admin charge, £2.29pcm communal TV charge, and £7.79pcm support charge. A Lettings Officer can give you a full break breakdown of the charges of what is eligible for Housing Benefits payments.
If you are successful in being offered this property you will be contacted by the Lettings Officer and you will need to complete an application form.
You will be offered a starter tenancy and if there have been no breaches or issues within the first year of your tenancy you will be considered for an assured lifetime tenancy.
