  • Accessible & Safe: The apartments feature lift access, wheelchair accessibility, non-slip kitchen and bathroom flooring, plus private balconies or patios.

Community Amenities

  • Mobility Vehicle Storage: Facilities are available for mobility vehicle storage and charging, with annual insurance and electrical testing required.
  • Car Parking: There is on-site parking with designated spaces for blue badge holders and electric vehicle charging.
  • Gardens & Social Areas: Communal gardens are professionally maintained, and there are spaces to socialise and engage in community activities.
