Marc Mayall
Responsibilities: Overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of our home repairs, maintenance and heating compliance services, including empty properties (voids), estates and grounds maintenance.
Experience:
Marc has worked in a range of progressive roles within the business over the past 16 years overseeing all repairs and maintenance matters both in the commercial and social housing sector. He has led on the growth of the Property Care business in his current role to deliver services across 49,000 Platform homes and 12,000 additional homes through our innovative Cost sharing Group partnership with Rooftop and Stonewater. Marc is passionate about delivering the best possible service to our customers whilst ensuring Property care delivers Value for money to ensure the Platform pound goes as far as possible to the betterment of our customers and colleagues.
