​​​​​​​Gerraint has experience in both social and private sector housing at executive and non-executive director level. He leads all our development activity and works to increase the number of homes and expand our capability across tenures.

Our Asset Management and Sustainability teams are now being led by Gerraint while we recruit a new executive director of Asset Management.
