Before joining the Panel, I was a local councillor and ran a community group, organising events for families during school holidays. Community has always been at the heart of what I do, and I’m passionate about bringing people together and making a difference. I bring a strong team spirit and a go-getter attitude, I love getting stuck into projects and thrive when helping others.

I joined the Panel to help bridge the gap between local parish councils, social housing, and residents. Many people still believe their landlord and local council are the same, and I want to improve understanding and communication between all parties.

The Customer Voice Panel gives real customers the chance to share their experiences, helping Platform understand what works well and what needs improving. We are looking for people who aren’t afraid to speak up, whether to highlight issues or recognise what is working well. Lived experiences matter, and your voice could help shape the future of Platform’s services.

I am still early in my journey, but one of my proudest moments so far has been attending the conference and meeting my fellow Panel members. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m excited to see the impact we can make together.
