I joined the Scrutiny Panel from Fortis. I wanted to share my knowledge with staff for them to understand the process. 

As a tenant I have learnt so much about the history of social housing and how to apply for a home. I work full time as a civil servant and love volunteering. I have experience of life which I bring to the panel.
