We have been shortlisted in a technology awards scheme
We are a finalist in a prestigious technology awards scheme, having been shortlisted in the Artificial Intelligence category in the 2025 Housing Technology Awards, which are organised and delivered by Housing Technology magazine.
The awards aim to celebrate the achievements of the housing sector’s most innovative and ambitious individuals, teams and organisations as well as share those achievements with the rest of the social housing sector so that everyone can benefit from their knowledge.
The winners will be unveiled at The Housing Technology 2025 conference in Nottingham on Wednesday 12 March.
Our award entry focused on how Robotic Process Automation – or RPA – helped us to ensure that sensitive customer information is delivered efficiently and correctly.
Rob Fletcher, our Director of Data and Applications said: “Like all housing associations, Platform posts 50,000 rent increase letters annually to our customers. When you have a sensitive topic like rent increase to inform customers about, it’s vital all the details are correct. Small anomalies at any point can cause extra, unnecessary headaches for people at both end of the process. With the introduction of cutting edge RPA technology, we have been able to convert data governance theory into a strong and compelling case which offers considerable efficiency benefits for colleagues, whilst simultaneously improving customer outcomes and satisfaction through the reduction and avoidance of data errors.
“We are delighted to have been shortlisted in these awards and look forward to applying the same process to other areas of our business.”
