By combining our operational excellence with Aico’s industry expertise, the partnership has delivered measurable success, empowered teams and, crucially, improved the lives of thousands of customers.  Through innovation, training and shared commitment, we have set a standard of collaboration and leadership that others in the sector can aspire to achieve.  This enduring relationship highlights the transformative power of working together to achieve common goals;

Electrical Contractor of the Year – we have consistently set a benchmark for excellence in electrical compliance and electrical repairs service delivery within the social housing and facilities management sector.  With a steadfast commitment to safety, innovation and resident satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a leader by fostering effective collaboration between internal teams and internal delivery teams and across our Cost Sharing Group – or CSG – partnerships.  This strategic approach has enabled us to achieve remarkable outcomes, combining professionalism with a focus on innovation and outstanding performance;

Heating Contractor of the Year – we have emerged as a trailblazer in the social housing and facilities management sector, setting new benchmarks for excellence in heating compliance and operational delivery.  With a commitment to innovation, safety and customer satisfaction, our Heating Services Team has consistently demonstrated its ability to adapt, evolve and excel in meeting the complex needs of residents and stakeholders;

Rising Star Award, Joe Henshaw, Lead Qualifying Supervisor – Joe's exceptional leadership, innovative mindset and dedication to excellence, position him as a key figure in shaping the future of our electrical compliance.  His contributions have laid a solid foundation for continued improvement and his passion for driving positive change ensures that he will remain a pivotal force in the sector.  His work not only benefits our organisation but also sets a high standard for the industry;

Safety and Compliance Training and Development – we have long been committed to championing safety and compliance through a steadfast dedication to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.  We believe that maintaining the highest standards of safety and operational excellence begins with empowering our colleagues.  By providing comprehensive training programmes, facilitating professional qualifications and forming strategic partnerships, this ensures colleagues have the tools and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles.

Phil Trickett, our Heating Services Delivery Manager said: “We are immensely proud to be shortlisted in so many categories; it is a true testament to our team’s hard work and commitment to safety and compliance, and the drive to provide the best for our customers.  It also gives us the industry recognition we deserve.  Our commitment to safety and compliance is unwavering.  I would like to thank all our colleagues – our team of engineers, planners, supervisors and managers – who continue to work so hard to provide a positive outcome.  To the wider business and stakeholders, thank you for your trust in Platform.  Best of luck to all nominees on the night!”
