Platform Property Care – a subsidiary of one of the UK’s largest housing associations, Platform Housing Group – has been crowned the winner of The Best Resident Engagement Strategy Award at the ASCP 2023 awards.
The winners were unveiled at the ASCP Conference and Exhibition which took place on 14 – 15 June at Telford International Centre in Shropshire.
The entry focused on the introduction of a live video solution to identify gas problems within a customer’s home, resulting in a level of customer service not seen before. It also highlighted the social landlord’s employment of the Voicescape Compliance solution resulting in a significant increase in customer’s first-time gas appointments; in 8 months, the rate of no-access appointments has reduced by 20 per cent. Community roadshows providing gas safety tips were also recognised.
Phil Trickett, Heating Services Delivery Manager at Platform Property Care said: “We are immensely proud of our team for winning The Best Resident Engagement Strategy Award; it is a true testament to the team’s hard work and commitment to safety and compliance, and the drive to provide the best for our customers. It really is a credit to the powerful digital and training solutions embraced and delivered by our colleagues. We are providing a faster, more proactive approach to engaging with our customers and having quality conversations to meet their requirements. And we continue to train our colleagues to enhance their knowledge of gas safety.
“It was made possible by a fabulous group of people, from our customer facing colleagues, service managers, back office support, our planners and our assistant director. We are absolutely thrilled to have won such a prestigious award and would like to thank all our colleagues who continue to work so hard to provide the best outcome.”
