We are continually seeking ways to streamline our services and enhance your ability to connect with us.  

With the help of new technologies, our Income Team can provide quicker and more convenient solutions for managing your rent account.  

Our rent officers may send you a text message regarding your rent account. The message may ask you to either call us back or make a payment.  

You may also receive a secure Pay by Link, which allows you to make a rent payment without the need to speak to us. 

Here’s how you can tell it's really us:

  • The Income Team will only ask you to call us on either 01629 593230 or 0121 4681922. If you receive a text purporting to be from Platform's Income Team asking you to call another number, it could be a scam.
  • The payment link will start with https://pay.allpay.net/platform - please check this carefully before clicking.
  • We will never ask you to provide personal data by replying to a text message.

If you are in any doubt as to the legitimacy of a text message asking you to make a payment, or otherwise asking you to provide personal data, please call our Platform Customer Hub on 0333 200 7304.
