We were awarded The Most Innovative Approach to Resident Welfare accolade in the 2024 Housing Digital Innovation Awards last night.

Over the last 12 months, teams from our operations and technology divisions have used advanced techniques to ensure customer welfare continues to be a priority.  It has enabled us to use data to be increasingly proactive in our communities and extra resourceful across our day to day work.

The awards recognised and championed innovation within the UK housing sector and the supply chain that supports it.

The winners were unveiled at a ceremony on Thursday 8 February at Edgbaston Cricket Ground in Birmingham, the home of Warwickshire County Cricket Club.

Kriss Akabusi MBE - famed for smashing the 400 metre hurdles record in the 1990 European Championship which had stood for a remarkable 22 years – hosted this year’s awards.

Jon Cocker, Chief Information Officer at Platform Housing Group said : “We are absolutely delighted to have won such a prestigious award.  It is so well deserved and testimony to the collaborative work of all the teams involved.  Our use of Artificial Intelligence has some real tangible benefits for our customers and we are thrilled this has been recognised.”
